Overview: As Global Prep continues to expand and we plan to scale our business, we seek individuals who will help us achieve our growth objectives. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Director of Operations and Student Counseling. This role is crucial for implementing our strategic goals by maintaining the operational excellence of our educational services and directly mentoring prospective students on their graduate study prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide guidance to the academic and administrative teams in accordance with our culture and growth strategy.
- Student Counseling: Advise and mentor prospective students on their prospects for graduate studies and the application requirements.
- Global Student Network: Curate our global student network, organizing informational sessions with our students at universities abroad.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators for all departments.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure our high standards in teaching quality and student support.
- Marketing: Implement and oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract students, and promote services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with students, partners, and student teams.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree from a reputable Greek university.
- Master’s degree in a field relevant to management, business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline from a reputable university in Europe or the USA.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in operational management, quality assurance, and marketing strategies.
